CANON POWERSHOT S30 - Great Camera - I purchased this camera 2 months ago and have taken many fantastic pictures with it. The features of this camera and the quality of the photos it produces have made me an absolute shutterbug. I bought a larger card (128 mb) and a spare battery at the suggestion of the salesperson and both have come in handy. If I had a complaint I would say that the low battery indicator pops up a little late (solved by having an extra one ready) and that the "enter" button on the "joystick" can be a little tricky. It takes a little practice to get it right. When comparing this camera to other DC's that my friends have, they are surprised at the quality and features of this camera. - Go Now! |

SONY CYBER SHOT DSC-S75 - Perfect Camera To Grow Into - This camera made my shortlist after extensive research. Excellent lens system, terrific automatic point and shoot results, but what really got me was the full manual control for shutter & aperture settings. What a great way for a novice to gain experience in photography. No-time-limit MPEG EX movies are great too. - Go Now! |

FUJIFILM FINEPIX S602 ZOOM - Best Value On Market - Versatile, built like a rock, fast and responsive with a feature set unequaled in the prosumer class at a great price (online, at least). The interpolated 3.1 MP at 6MP blows up to 8x10 beautifully and the colors are some of the best out there...How this didn't get a 9 out of 10 is beyond me. For shooting action, macro and overall fun this is a tremendous camera. - Go Now! |

MINOLTA DIMAGE XI - I'm Impressed - I was looking for three things in a camera: small size, ease of use, and quality pics. The Dimage Xi delivered in all cases. I was taking pictures within 10 minutes of finishing the battery charging. The menu is simplistic and intuitive. The pics were as good as I've seen with any other digital camera. The true beauty of this camera is the size. It is basically like having a deck of cards in your pocket. Too new to comment on durability. - Go Now! |

FUJIFILM FINEPIX F601 ZOOM - Picture Quality Is Stunning - The quality of pictures I have taken with this camera is exceptional. There are two drawbacks that I can see: (1) it can be difficult to see the LCD in bright outdoor environments and (2) you cannot add additional lenses or filters. Besides that, this is a terrific little camera with a solid feel and beautiful silver metal body. - Go Now! |

CANON POWERSHOT S230 - It Survived A Month In Thailand - I bought the S230 after researching CNET and I found the ratings to be right on the mark. The camera is a bit limited in zoom (better for local shots), it does have a tendancy to blur when snapping quick shots. It is very sturdy (built well, solid) as I dropped it about 20 times and carried it my pocket/backpack for a month through SE Asia. As I am only a souvenir photographer the S230 did a great job of taking hi res 8X10 quality photos. This was my first digital and I am happy with the purchase. - Go Now! |

OLYMPUS CAMEDIA C-3020 ZOOM - Beautiful Pictures - You can debate your features, but the picture you hold in your hand is the bottom line. The color and detail are beautiful, even in point & shoot. The menu and controls are very user friendly. Rechargeable batteries keep my camera always ready. The owner’s manual is the biggest problem I’ve had with this camera, and the lens cap is only a minor nuisance. I love my Olympus. - Go Now! |

OLYMPUS CAMEDIA D-550 ZOOM - For The Price None Are Better - I recently bought the Olympus D-550 from buydig.com for a little over $300 and I'm very pleased with the camera. Picture quality is excellent, the controls are fairly easy to use, and the camera doesn't need a separate lens cap. The only faults I can find with this camera is the shape (it's a tad boxy) and that the video mode does not have sound. This is the second Olympus I've owned and I've never had any bad words to say about the company or their products. - Go Now! |

SONY CYBER SHOT DSC-P7 - Excellent Product - This is one excellent camera. If you are a casual user who wants some great pictures without great knowledge in photography, don't look further. Don't evenread the manual. Just starting using and you will self-teach the features in no time. Very light and small so take it everywhere. You will probably need additional MS though. Battery life is so so but so as all others. - Go Now! |
