MINOLTA DIMAGE F100 - Good Digital Point And Shoot - I like this camera. It is small and smart and most important, it takes good pictures in auto mode. They are sharp and the colors are correct. That is what you want in a point and shoot! Battery life is good. If you want a superior point and shoot, this is it. - Go Now! |

MINOLTA DIMAGE XI - I'm Impressed - I was looking for three things in a camera: small size, ease of use, and quality pics. The Dimage Xi delivered in all cases. I was taking pictures within 10 minutes of finishing the battery charging. The menu is simplistic and intuitive. The pics were as good as I've seen with any other digital camera. The true beauty of this camera is the size. It is basically like having a deck of cards in your pocket. Too new to comment on durability. - Go Now! |

OLYMPUS CAMEDIA D-40 ZOOM - Wonderful Camera - I bought this camera to replace my older (and much larger) Camedia camera. The menus take a little getting used to, but once you figure them out it is a snap to operate! This camera does operate slower than my older model (because of the higher resolution pictures...which are amazing!). I love the compact size. I recommend purchasing rechargable batteries. An Overall Great Camera that takes exceptional pictures! - Go Now! |

CANON POWERSHOT S230 - A Pocket Rocket - I replaced my Nikon 995 with a S230 and have only one regret. The red eye is terrible, even with the pre-flash on. Other than that, I LOVE this camera. Unlike the Coolpix, this camera is always in my pocket. I never miss a shot anymore. I easily get over 300 shots between battery charges with limited LCD use. If you are a sports enthusiast, this is the camera for you! There is an optional underwater case, so you can take the camera in the water. It easily fits in a pocket for shots on a hike or ski slope. You do not need to wear this camera around your neck. The images are very good, although the 2X optical zoom has some limitations. The metal case is very sturdy. While the price may seem high, it's worth it for the quality and convienience. - Go Now! |

MINOLTA DIMAGE X - Fantastic Convenience - Great pics, small size in incredible! Fits easily in shirt pocket. I have owned other digitals including a Nikon D1. For snapshots this is great. Good zoom, sharp images, exposure accuracy varies. With back lighted subjects, it tends to under espose, but with more even or front lit, images are spot on. I would recommend this to anyone. - Go Now! |

CANON POWERSHOT S200 DIGITAL ELPH - I Love It - The size alone is enough of a selling point. I took some great pictures with it. Be sure to get at least a 128mb card for the camera. This will give over 100 high quality photos and over 400 standard quality photos. I took the camera on vacation to London. I took about 60 pictures over 4 days and never changed the battery. Great quality, good price, awesome convenience. - Go Now! |

SONY CYBER SHOT DSC-P9 - Easy Easy Easy - I hate technology. Everytime I have to learn something new in tech I cringe. This little toy came with a massive manual that was surprisingly easy to get thru for me. Mostly this was because the camera is pretty well the most intuitively designed little piece of equipment I ever bought! In fact, I just put off installing on my computer until I had to cause the stick was full, and found that you just have to plug it in click and drag the pics etc-128 meg stick transfered in no time. This is high praise from a guy who's vcr still flashes 12:00 since 1995. Tape makes it stop. - Go Now! |

SONY CYBER SHOT DSC-P7 - Excellent Design & Picture Quality - Learning curve on features may be a bit steep for beginners, but Sony quality cannot be beaten. this is a beautifully designed camera that takes beautiful pictures. battery life is not great and shutter lag is too long. otherwise, no complaints. - Go Now! |

FUJIFILM FINEPIX 30I - Good All Around Device - Camera works pretty good, although i didn't try to print any pictures, pics look pretty good on computer. mp3 software is as easy to use as 2-3 steps. step one: locate and select mp3 file, 2nd press a "copy to device" button, and another quick step to dlownload to device. good sound quality. negative: must buy larger memory. batteries make camera heavy and big. camera about the size of your palm. - Go Now! |

NIKON COOLPIX 2500 - Great Trip Camera - I already have a Coolpix 995 outfit (additional lenses, filters, etc) for more serious work, so I bought this as a 2nd point-and-shoot backup for trips and casual use. Aside from having to return 2 of them for bad pixels on the CCD, I've been very pleased. Most of the camera control is hidden in the 12 modes, but they collectively cover ~90%25 of the shooting situations I've encountered. Learn to usse the modes and you'll be happy. The battery life is pretty amazing - I bought an extra battery but have never run out of power even after a full day of taking pictures. - Go Now! |
